Our 1 Year Warranty

At RACHELMENT, we stand by our quality and ensure that every single order placed through our website comes with a 1 year warranty. This means that for 365 days from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Our warranty does not cover items that have been lost or have suffered from everyday wear and tear such as a fading, scratch, bent ring, or a broken chain, and products that have had any modifications made from a third party outside of RACHELMENT. This warranty only applies when the product is purchased from us directly, and not from a third party.
