Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the day your package has been delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. If you would like to request an exchange, send us an email at SOS@rachelment.com with your order number and new size/product request. If you prefer a gift card, please let us know! All reshipping fees associated with exchanges are free!
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day your package has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. If you would like to request an return, send us an email at SOS@rachelment.com with your order number and reason for returning. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with your return. Once we have received and inspected your returned package, you can expect a refund within 7-10 business days, minus any original shipping fees which are nonrefundable.
