Please note that we do not currently offer a return policy.
Every order is created and packaged with an obsessive attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction. Your happiness with our pieces is our #1 priority! If your item doesn’t fit or is damaged upon receipt, please reach out to us.
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the day your package has been delivered. If you would like to request an exchange, send us an email at SOS@rachelment.com with your order number and new size request. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. We will make the process as seamless as possible for you. Please email us for details on reshipping costs and further instructions for exchanges. Do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit, returns and/or exchanges. All international orders are final sale. Earrings are final sale. Refer to our sizing page to ensure you are ordering the right sizes.
