Returns & Exchanges
Every order is created and packaged with an obsessive attention to detail to ensure your satisfaction. Your happiness with our jewelry is our #1 priority! Once your order is placed, the address and additional details cannot be changed. All full-priced items can be returned for exchange, refund, or store credit. There is a restocking fee per item sent back for a refund, which is deducted from your refund total; this fee is waived for exchanges or store credit returns. Exchanges and returns are eligible 14 days from when your package is delivered. Please see below for full details.
To begin your return or exchange, please email us at SOS@rachelment.com with your order number and exchange or return request. Do not ship your package back without reaching out to us.
At RACHELMENT, we stand by our quality and ensure that every single order placed through our website comes with a 1 year warranty. To use your warranty, send us an email with your order number and proof of damage. Read more about our warranty here.
Complimentary Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the day your package has been delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. All fees associated with a standard exchange are waived!
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day your package has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. If the jewelry is received in any other condition, there will be a fee deducted from your refund of 30-75%. Please note that all returns are subject to a $11.95 restocking fee per item that is deducted from your refund. The return label is complimentary. This covers the cost of all restocking operations (repairs, intensive cleaning, inventory tracking, and more). Note: All fees are waived in the case of an exchange. Once we have received and inspected your returned package, you can expect a refund to be initiated right away and back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days; minus any original shipping fees or insurance you may have purchased initially, which are nonrefundable.

Shipping and Order Processing
We process and ship orders as soon as possible during business days (Monday though Friday). Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are fulfilled between the hours of 9am and 2pm pst Monday-Thursday and 9am through 12pm on Fridays. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of placing your order. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information and details on when to expect your order. Please note that business days vary depending on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping predictions seen at checkout are based on business days starting from your shipping confirmation email, and not the time you place the order. All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure that all of your shipping details are correct. RACHELMENT THE LABEL is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Orders that are returned by a shipping carrier because of an invalid address may incur a fee of $15.00 USD to be reshipped. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should an order fail to arrive because of an incorrect address, RACHELMENT THE LABEL is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.
Note: All international customers are responsible for the duties and taxes on their shipment. We value all of our packages and shipments at the amount you paid for them at the time your order was placed to insure them properly. In doing so, RACHELMENT THE LABEL has no control over the amount of duties and taxes that get charged on each shipment.
