Complimentary Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the day your package has been delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. All fees associated with a standard exchange are waived!
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day your package has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee per item that is deducted from your refund. To see the exact fee, go through our portal or send us an email. This covers the cost of all restocking operations (repairs, intensive cleaning, inventory tracking, and more). Note: All fees are waived in the case of an exchange. Once we have received and inspected your returned package, you can expect a refund to be initiated right away and back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days; minus any original shipping fees or insurance you may have purchased initially, which are nonrefundable.
