We process and ship orders as soon as possible during business days (Monday though Friday). Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of placing your order. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information and details on when to expect your order. Please note that business days vary depending on weekends and holidays. All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure that all of your shipping details are correct. RACHELMENT THE LABEL is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that their order(s) are correctly addressed at the time of purchase. Orders that are returned by a shipping carrier because of an invalid address may incur a fee of $15.00 USD to be reshipped. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should an order fail to arrive because of an incorrect address, RACHELMENT THE LABEL is not responsible for reissuing the shipment or refunding the customer.
Note: All international customers are responsible for the duties and taxes on their shipment. We value all of our packages and shipments at the amount you paid for them at the time your order was placed to insure them properly. In doing so, RACHELMENT THE LABEL has no control over the amount of duties and taxes that get charged on each shipment.
